A project is the top-level container used to organize design research in Insightiful. Each project can include multiple flows and is structured as follows: Project -> Flow -> Session -> {Responses, Insights, etc.}
A flow is Insightiful's primary research tool used to collect insights. Flows consist of interactive elements called 'blocks' through which users send responses. Each flow is created by selecting an 'insight type', which determines what kind of insight reports can be generated.

A Seat represents the number of members in your organization who can access and collaborate on the Insightiful platform. The number of allowed Seats varies for each pricing tier, so please check the pricing plans.
Yes, Insightiful offers a free version. This version is suitable for individual users or small projects and provides basic features at no cost. Members can withdraw their subscription within 1 month from the date of entering into the paid service contract. However, cancellation is not possible if the service has already been initiated. The company will refund the payment within 3 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
Currently, Insightiful provides easy export options in common formats (CSV, Excel) for use with other tools. More powerful integration options are planned for future development.
